Brad Lucas is no wallflower. But when he's on the job, he prefers to stay out of the spotlight. That's because, as Project Manager, Brad is responsible to the behind-the-scenes happenings at Trover, from safety compliance and contractor services to in-house construction projects. And doing his job well means being invisible to patients.

Brad takes patient and employee safety very seriously and works to ensure the facilities are safe and compliant 100 percent of the time. While he may not deal directly with patients on a daily basis, Brad and his team are a big part of their experience at Trover. After all, when Brad and his team keep things running smoothly, patient care can run smoothly.

Brad is happy to serve as a Pathway Champion. "I'm so proud of this organization. I know that we all want the same thing — and that's what's best for our patients. After all, that's why we're here."
