Leigh England is a builder. But not in the way you might think. Leigh is helping to build the future of Trover. As the Director of Education, Leigh oversees the training of the hospital's future healthcare leaders. By investing time in her students, she is investing in the future of our community. And Leigh knows that it is a sure bet. After all, she's been a part of this community her whole life — and has witnessed firsthand what a difference Trover can make.

Leigh also writes grants that fund community needs such as breast cancer awareness, rural healthcare and childhood obesity. Although she doesn't have direct contact with patients, Leigh is touching their lives by making sure the future of healthcare in our community is brighter every day.

One of our Pathway Champions, Leigh is a shining example of what hard work and a vision for a better future can accomplish. "We have an opportunity to showcase the wonderful programs and services we have for patients and the community," she says. "We make a daily difference in patients' lives."
